insurance programs for employers and agents.
Direct Pay as You Go (or Direct PayGo) is a
proprietary program developed in conjunction with some our insurance
carriers to maximize insured's cash flow, flexibility, and
efficiency of reporting payroll data without
outsourcing payroll. Our Direct Pay As You Go work comp
programs can work in conjunction with your current in house payroll
processing, your internal payroll software reports, or a simple
monthly reporting spreadsheet provided to you by us.
Here is an example of how we work with clients'
utilizing our Direct PayGo program:

Work Comp Quote is issued along with a net billing
rate percentage per class code.

Insured processes payroll and e-mails work comp
summary report each pay period.

Our payroll company, PaySmart, creates and sends invoice and direct debits
client's account for premium due for pay period.

This process is repeated each pay period for policy
year.
Our Direct PayGo workmen's comp program is similar to self monthly
reporting. However, it does not require the insured to
complete a complex report by hand and remember to mail it along with
a check each month.
Our direct pay as you go program is perfect for
companies with larger premiums who prefer to maintain their payroll
in house while enjoying improved cash flow via real-time premium
reporting and payment.
