$42,000.00- Min Yearly Wage (effective 01.01.08).

Sole-proprietors and Partners covered only if endorsed on policy.

LLC Members

Statutorily included.  Partnership status, but treated as employee.

Applies to members devoted full-time to business.

Members may elect to be exempt.

Corporate Officers: Corporations

$15,600- Min Weekly Pay (effective 02.04.02).

An exec owning at least 50% of a corp is not covered.  May elect to be covered.
