Massachusetts Workers Comp Rates

Massachusetts workers' compensation rates continue to increase in 2019.

Massachusetts ranks as the 4th in the nation for affordable worker’s compensation premium rates, according to a 2018 study completed by the Department of Consumer Business & Services. This makes Massachusetts one of the more inexpensive states in the nation for workers’ compensation coverage. It also represents a slight rate decrease in average rates over the same study conducted in 2016, where Massachusetts ranked 47th. Massachusetts workers' comp rates are approximately 27% below the national median.

While Massachusetts enjoys the benefit of low rates, many employers are still paying more for workers compensation insurance than they should be. Call one of our Massachusetts Specialists today at 888-611-7467 to find out if your business qualifies for lower rates with one of our insurance partners. Or start your quote online now.
