Washington Department of Labor and Industries is a monopolistic state fund with a state controlled workers' compensation program.  The state does not allow private insurance companies to offer coverage in this state and, therefore, we do not currently offer any programs at the current time.

Our agency does work with Washington employers in order to help them buy workers compensation insurance in other states throughout the country.  Contact one of our National Specialists today for more information on out-of state insurance coverage.
