Corporate Officers: Corporations

Min Weekly Payroll (effective 03.01.07) $350.00 ($18,200.00- annual).

Max Weekly Payroll (effective 03.01.08) $2,700.00 (140,400.00- annual).

Executives may be excluded by endorsement.
