LLC Members

Statutorily Excluded.  Partnership status.  Treated as employee.

Members are considered similar to partners.

Partners are excluded, but may elect coverage.

Corporate Officers:

$28,600- Min (effective 10.01.07).

Sole Executive Officers or Companies with only Two Exec's may be excluded by endorsement.

Non-Profits:  $14,300- Min (effective 10.01.07).

Maximum payroll for partners, LLC members and corporate officers is $91k in NY.
