$41,300- Min Yearly Wage (effective 07.01.07).

Sole-proprietors and Partners covered only if endorsed on policy.

LLC Members

Statutorily included.  Corporation status.  Treated as exec officer.

Treated similar to officers. 

Members may elect to be exempt.

Officers: Corporations

$15,600- Min Weekly Pay (effective 07.01.03).

Executives may be excluded by endorsement.
