Individuals and Partners

$19,600.00- annual (effective 04.01.08).

Sole-proprietors and Partners covered only if endorsed on policy.

LLC Members

Members of an LLC are considered to be owners and are statutorily excluded.

They may elect to be subject to the law.  If covered, are treated as partners and classed as employees but included at flat amount:  ($19,600).

Corporate Officers: Corporations

$11,700- Min Annual Payroll (effective 04.01.08).

Executives may be excluded by endorsement.
